Import Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped from South Korea.

Orders are shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis unless otherwise specified.

Import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs clearance fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

These additional charges may be imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Information

Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within approximately 1–2 weeks via FedEx.

Exchange & Return Policy

Exchanges and refunds can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

Exchanges and returns are not available if the product or its components are damaged.

For product returns, round-trip shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
